About Bingham Law

Bingham LawTony-BinghamTony is dedicated to providing quality legal representation for all of his clients.  Tony has practiced law in Arizona for over 30 years.  He established his own law practice, Bingham Law, in 2003.  Prior to that, he practiced law with a private law firm, with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office as a criminal defense attorney, and with the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission as an Enforcement Attorney.  As an Enforcement Attorney, he spent nearly four years prosecuting violations of Arizona securities laws.  Before attending law school, Tony passed the series 7 and the series 63 securities license exams (both inactive).

Tony focuses much of his practice on representing investors who have lost money due to the wrongdoing of financial advisors or other people selling securities.  He also represents financial advisors and other individuals in investigations and prosecutions by the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission and by FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).

He earned his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law.  He is a member of the Arizona State Bar and has been a member of the Public Investors Advocate Bar Association (PIABA) for more than 19 years.  PIABA is an organization of attorneys who represent investors in disputes with the securities industry.
